i need to blog abt this. I HATE HAAGEN DAZS. THEY ARE THE MOST CHEAPO-NANA ICE CREAM STALL I'VE EVER BEEN TO. u know what they did to me?? THEY GOT ME TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA CUP WHEN I ASK FOR IT. how worst can they get? hello. like as if twenty cents can shoot up for sales to over a thousand dollars?? ok. i shall tell u the story now.
i went to the haagen dazs at esplanade. so my fren, kelly, wanted to get ice cream. so we shared. cos i feel like having like a little of ice cream only. i went into the shop, as whether can i have a cup cone order. hahahs. the person stared at me, huh? hahahs. so i explained, i want an ice cream cone, but help i want my ice cream in a cup but u give me the cone(i love cones! but i hate it also cos its so messy to have ur ice cream in it). they guy got the manager, so the manager said, i charge u for the cone for a dollar. i replied, why not u charge me for the cup? i think it would be cheaper that way. since u charge me 4.50 for a cone ice cream and its the same price for a cup ice cream. the manager insisted she charged me for the cone. but i insisted why not she charge me for the cup. she was really pissed. she looked at me and said, ok. cup for twenty cents. when i heard that i nearly fainted. i was like..... twenty cents?? do u feel happier when u do that?? so cheapo can! when i requested for such orders at other place, they jus give it to me for FREE. and now, u charge me for twenty cents. i was like.. is ur cup made of gold or something??
i was kinda angry not becos i felt sad for my twenty cents. but is so so cheapo!!! and the manager was also kinda rude to me. i went back the next day, its a different manager. she did charge me for the empty cup i took. i requested for spoons this time round too. i wanted to ask, do i have to pay for that too?? ten cents each?? but i did not, cos kelly ask me not to do it. and its another manager i am angry with, not her.
i wanna shame the rude manager. so i am gg back there again on wed all out to ask for extra spoons and throw 5 bucks on the table and tell her, 4.50 is for the ice cream. 20 cents for the cup. 20 cents for 2 spoons and 10 cents is for u, cos u have won the award of cheap skate in my life. hahahs.
